Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach

Position Summary:
Beloit College seeks a motivated and dedicated Assistant Women's Basketball Coach to support all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III women's basketball program. This position works closely with the Head Coach to develop student-athletes both on and off the court, fostering excellence in athletics, academics, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and conducting practices, training sessions, and game preparation
• Provide individual and team skill development instruction
• Support recruiting efforts, including identifying, evaluating, and communicating with prospective student-athletes
• Analyze game film and assist with scouting reports
• Promote a positive team culture aligned with Beloit College values
• Ensure compliance with NCAA Division III, conference, and institutional rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching or playing experience at the collegiate or high school level
• Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals and strategy
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Commitment to the academic success and personal development of student-athletes
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
• Valid driver's license
