Assistant Project Manager – Renewable Energy (EPC)

Texas, Hybrid

$90,000 – $120,000 + Bonus


We’re working with a leading EPC contractor delivering large-scale renewable energy projects across the U.S., including utility-scale solar and battery energy storage systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to break into project management, working directly alongside experienced leaders on high-impact infrastructure projects.


The Role:

You’ll support a Senior Project Manager across the full EPC lifecycle, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and construction delivery.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support delivery of utility-scale solar and BESS projects
  • Assist with project schedules, tracking milestones and progress
  • Help review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assist with client and OAC meetings, capturing notes and actions
  • Help manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Support QA/QC and safety processes on-site and across teams
  • Track project updates and report progress internally


What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Open to recent graduates or candidates with up to ~2 years’ experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Interest in renewable energy and infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with Excel; exposure to tools like Procore or MS Project is a plus
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
