Assistant Project Manager - Commercial General Contractor
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Salary: $100 - $125K base + $650 per month vehicle allowance + bonus
A well-established General Contractor with a strong reputation across the healthcare and education sector in the Raleigh and Fayetteville region. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to bring on an Assistant Project Manager to support a major healthcare project.

The Role:
- Assist the Senior Project Manager on a $70M healthcare project
- Support day-to-day project operations from preconstruction through completion
- Help manage subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, and project reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and consultants
What we’re Looking For:
- Experience working for a General Contractor in a Project Engineer or APM role
- Healthcare construction experience preferred, but would also consider strong commercial backgrounds
- Motivated individual looking to grow within a reputable GC
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $120K – $125K
- Vehicle Allowance: $650/month
- Bonus: Performance-based
- PTO: 15 days + 5 sick days + 2 floating holidays
- 401(k): 3% company match
