The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects by working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and clients. This role plays a critical part in day-to-day project operations, including documentation, subcontractor coordination, cost tracking, and schedule support. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who is eager to grow within a technically sophisticated general contracting and construction management environment.
Responsibilities
This position is based in the office five days a week, with only occasional visits to project sites as needed. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative construction environment that leverages tools such as Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage complex projects. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $39.00 - $44.00/hr.
