St. Bonaventure University invites applications for a tenure-track position in Management at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to quality teaching, research, service to the department and university, and collegiality.
The ability to teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels is expected, both in-person and online. The candidate will also undertake scholarly research in a collaborative and supportive environment that welcomes theory-based research within the management discipline as well as inter-disciplinary and education-related research. Applicants must meet the AACSB academically qualified (scholarly academic)requirement. Service activities may include leadership roles as well as service learning and/or co-curricular activities. Although there is an expectation that qualified candidates will be able to teach all management-related topics, we have a particular interest in Strategic Management and Organizational Behavior.
This position will start Fall 2026. This position is open to assistant or associate ranks.The faculty member will teach courses in accordance with the schedule of classes and following the approved course descriptions and curricular guidelines established by the Faculty and approved by the Dean and the Provost. Non-teaching assignments will include instructional development; academic advising and assisting students; participating in Departmentaland University-wide activities; serving on committees and task forces; and other appropriate responsibilities as described in the Faculty Status and Welfare Handbook.
SCHEDULE: This is an appointed faculty position as governed by the Faculty Status and Welfare Handbook. Days, occasional evening or weekend hours as required.
