Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you support the General Manager in leading the overall success of the restaurant. You help develop the team, maintain operational excellence, and ensure each guest receives an exceptional experience.

  • Train, coach, and motivate Team Members and Shift Managers
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of the team
  • Maintain proper staffing levels and positive team engagement
  • Ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety standards are upheld
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cash control procedures
  • Help manage labor and food costs to achieve profitability goals
  • Implement operational action plans from GM/DM and follow up on results
  • Support local store marketing and community engagement efforts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor/safety regulations

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • At least 1 year of restaurant General Manager Experience
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs (up to 50 lbs with assistance)
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background screening in accordance with applicable law.�
