Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Maintenance Technician, based in Seabrook, TX. The Assistant Maintenance Technician will support property maintenance operations by performing routine maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting equipment and building systems, and conducting preventive maintenance. The role includes ensuring the upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and responding promptly to service requests to create a safe and comfortable environment for residents. We are looking for a candidate in the apartment/multi-family housing industry only.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Experience with Preventive Maintenance processes and practices
  • Hands-on expertise in Maintenance & Repair tasks
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with residential or multi-family housing maintenance required.
  • Relevant certifications or training in maintenance or related fields are a plus
