Coastal Haven Realty is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Property Management Assistant to support both field operations and light administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of being out in the field and handling behind-the-scenes coordination.


Position Overview:

This role plays a key part in keeping our day-to-day property management operations running smoothly. You’ll assist with property checks, signage and lockbox coordination, and administrative support using real estate software systems.


Key Responsibilities:


* Pick up, install, and retrieve lockboxes and yard signs at rental properties

* Conduct property checks to verify condition, maintenance completion, and overall readiness

* Take clear, detailed photos of properties for documentation and reporting

* Deliver and collect documents (move-in packets, notices, etc.) as needed

* Assist with light administrative tasks, including file management and transaction coordination

* Utilize Dotloop for document handling, organization, and basic transaction support

* Communicate updates clearly with the team regarding property status and field findings


Qualifications:


* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

* Comfortable driving throughout the Jacksonville/Onslow County area

* Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

* Basic computer skills and willingness to learn property management systems

* Experience with Dotloop preferred (but not required—we can train the right person)

* Ability to take clear, professional photos using a smartphone

* Organized, dependable, and responsive


Schedule & Compensation:


* Part-time hours (flexible, but must be available during business hours for certain tasks)

* Combination of fieldwork and remote/admin work

* Hourly pay based on experience
