We are seeking an Assistant HVAC Sales Manager to support sales leadership and help drive performance across our residential in-home sales team. This role partners closely with the Sales Manager to coach Comfort Advisors, improve sales results, and ensure strong customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly HVAC sales targets

  • Motivate, coach, and guide Comfort Advisors to improve close rates and performance

  • Lead sales meetings and provide field coaching as needed

  • Assist with weekend sales operations when required (Saturday/Sunday)

  • Support and oversee retail lead generation efforts and travel to partner store locations as needed

  • Track and analyze key sales metrics and report performance to retail partners and leadership

  • Help maintain consistent sales processes, training, and accountability within the team

Qualifications: What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years of in-home sales leadership experience (HVAC industry strongly preferred)

  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

  • Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus)

  • Comfort with basic math and system sizing calculations

  • Strong communication and coaching ability

  • Goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping sales teams succeed
