The Assistant Human Resources Manager at Grand Hyatt DFW supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department and helps foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, benefits administration, compliance, and HR recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, service-focused, and committed to supporting associates and leaders in alignment with Hyatt’s values and culture.

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience preferred, ideally in hospitality, hotel operations, or a service-focused environment.
· Knowledge of Human Resources practices, employment law, and employee relations principles.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
· Bilingual in Spanish is required.
· Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
· Ability to occasionally lift or move up to moderate weight.
· Ability to travel throughout the hotel to support operations and associate needs.
· Must possess high level of discretion and integrity.
· Must have strong organizational and administrative skills.
