Both concepts share a team, a management structure, and an uncompromising standard for treating guests.We're opening in late April 2026, and we're hiring the team that will set the tone for everything that comes after. Padel39 has locations across Texas, and East Austin is where the bar gets raised.The RoleThe AGM F&B is the operational anchor for the food-and-beverage offerings at Padel39 (East Austin). You'll report directly to the Director of Hospitality & Beverage and own the floor across both CLUB39 and East 5th Coffee - managing the team, upholding the experience, and keeping operations running with precision on every shift.This role is PM-anchored with a strong weekend presence. You'll own CLUB39's bar environment during peak evening and weekend service, and support East 5th Coffee through shared daytime coverage windows. The right person moves fluidly between a sports bar and a coffee shop without losing the thread of either -- because they lead with hospitality, and the rest follows.If you want to be part of opening a venue -- building a team from the ground up, shaping culture from day one, and growing with a brand that has real momentum -- this is that opportunity.What We're Looking ForThree or more years in a management role at a full-service bar, restaurant, or multi-concept venueDemonstrated ability to lead hourly teams with consistency and fairness -- coaching people, not just managing tasksTABC certification or willingness to obtain prior to openingStrong operational instincts: scheduling, labor management, reconciliation, and inventoryExperience with POS and scheduling systems (we use Union POS and 7shifts)Comfortable carrying accountability across two distinct concepts in the same buildingSomeone who considers hospitality a craft, not a job titleOpening or startup experience is a plus.What You'll OwnPeopleDay-to-day leadership of all hourly FOH staff across both conceptsShift-level coaching, feedback, and accountabilityOnboarding and training support in partnership with the GMA team culture where standards are clear, and people want to stay.ExperienceFloor presence and service execution on every shift you're scheduledTABC compliance ownership on all CLUB39 shiftsSupport for the Barista Lead on East 5th Coffee service quality and consistencyChecklists, logbook, and shift documentation -- every shift, without exception.OperationsBiweekly scheduling in 7shifts, posted on time, and staffed to modelDaily reconciliation across both conceptsInvoice processing in MarginEdge and period-end inventory supportFacility and equipment oversight - flagging issues before they become problems.Compensation and ScheduleSalary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experienceSchedule: Full-time, salaried. PM anchor with strong weekend presence. A specific schedule is set with the Director of Hospitality & Beverage during onboarding.PTO: Eligible to accrue PTO immediately upon hire, and will accrue two hours of PTO for every 40 hours worked, up to a maximum accrual of 120 hours.Benefits: Medical enrollment available - Padel39 covers approximately 50% of the employee's premium.
