Both concepts share a team, a management structure, and an uncompromising standard for treating guests.We're opening in late April 2026, and we're hiring the team that will set the tone for everything that comes after. Padel39 has locations across Texas, and East Austin is where the bar gets raised.The RoleThe AGM F&B is the operational anchor for the food-and-beverage offerings at Padel39 (East Austin). You'll report directly to the Director of Hospitality & Beverage and own the floor across both CLUB39 and East 5th Coffee - managing the team, upholding the experience, and keeping operations running with precision on every shift.This role is PM-anchored with a strong weekend presence. You'll own CLUB39's bar environment during peak evening and weekend service, and support East 5th Coffee through shared daytime coverage windows. PM anchor with strong weekend presence. A specific schedule is set with the Director of Hospitality & Beverage during onboarding.PTO: Eligible to accrue PTO immediately upon hire, and will accrue two hours of PTO for every 40 hours worked, up to a maximum accrual of 120 hours.Benefits: Medical enrollment available - Padel39 covers approximately 50% of the employee's premium.
