Job Title: Right of Way Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a Right of Way Project Manager / Assistant Director of Right of Way to join our team in Manassas, VA, supporting transportation, energy, and utility projects. This role plays a key leadership position within our nationwide Right of Way practice. The position is responsible for leading Right of Way projects from pursuit through completion, managing teams and subconsultants, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. This role operates in a hybrid work model (3 days in office / 2 days remote) and requires candidates to be within reasonable commuting distance of Manassas, VA.

This role offers a professional office environment with hybrid flexibility. It is primarily office-based with local project travel. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
