Assistant Director of Nursing

Assistant Director of Nursing needed for large assisted living community in Concord, NC. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of nursing service objectives, standards, policies, procedures; help implement these programs, policies and procedures; and administer specific assigned areas of responsibility, including quality assurance, staff development, recruitment, hiring, orientation and payroll.

Schedule:

• 8-hour
• 8am-5pm
• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse License
• Previous experience as a shift charge nurse in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Previous supervisory and administrative experience in a geriatric long-term care setting preferred.
