Contra Costa Health is seeking a results-driven leader to fill a critical vacancy for Assistant Director of Health Services. This executive-level role is specifically focused on the strategic oversight of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for our regional medical center and health centers. CCH is a comprehensive health system dedicated to caring for all residents of our county. By joining our leadership team, you will have a direct hand in managing the resources that allow us to provide essential services to those who need them most.
The focus of this vacancy is the strategic optimization of supplemental revenue functions and decision support systems. You will develop and execute financial strategies to maximize reimbursements under state and federal programs while ensuring total regulatory integrity. Beyond internal operations, you will analyze legislative changes like Medi-Cal reform to determine their impact on County services, proposing new policies that protect the department’s financial health and long-term sustainability.
We are looking for a leader with exceptional executive ability and extensive experience in administrative management. As a member of the Senior Staff, you will collaborate with interdivisional teams to deliver vital health programs that respect and reflect the unique cultural diversity of Contra Costa County.

Education:Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Health Administration, Public Administration, Health Education, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Communications, Nursing, Environmental Health, biological or physical science from an accredited college or university.
