Our operations team is looking for an organized and experienced Assistant Construction Manager for a new project in Petaluma, CA.
Under general supervision, assists in the general project management of building related activities and resources to ensure production projections are accurate and houses are completed on time and to quality standards. Monitors subcontractor progress.

Minimum Education and/or Experience:
Pay based on experience. Pay Range: $78,000-$90,000
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position provides supervisory duties when sub-contractors are onsite to oversee project activities.
