A growing clean energy platform is hiring an Asset Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of utility-scale solar, wind, and storage assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own asset-level P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Deliver reporting to internal leadership, lenders, and investors
- Monitor plant performance and enforce O&M KPIs and availability targets
- Manage key contracts (PPAs, interconnection, O&M, financing) and ensure compliance
- Track revenues, RECs, and support audits and reconciliations
- Identify performance improvements and cost optimization opportunities
- Support M&A, refinancing, and asset integration activities
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in renewable energy, asset management, or project finance
- Experience managing operating asset financials and building models
- Exposure to utility-scale solar, wind, or BESS preferred
- Familiarity with PPAs, ISO/RTO markets, and financing structures is a plus
Skills
- Advanced Excel; Power BI/Python a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
