We’re partnering with a growing real estate investment and management firm focused on driving long-term value across a national multifamily portfolio. The team is collaborative, sharp, and performance-driven — and they’re looking to add an Asset Management Analyst to their Dallas office.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to institutional real estate operations, financial modeling, and portfolio strategy — not just reporting, but real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Support portfolio strategy and performance initiatives across multifamily assets nationwide
• Analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with property teams on budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Maintain and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Assist with underwriting, capital planning, and transaction-related analysis
What They’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, asset management, acquisitions, or investment analysis
• Advanced Excel skills (comfortable building and auditing complex models)
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Multifamily experience preferred
• Experience with Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage is a plus
