Assembly Worker - 1st Shift
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler / Production Worker to join their dynamic team. You will play a vital role in supporting production operations, ensuring high-quality assembly of products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, excellent teamwork skills, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler 

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Days (5:00 am - 1:00 pm)

What's the Job?

• Assemble products accurately and efficiently according to specifications
• Monitor daily inventory levels and manage open/close job orders
• Prioritize workload to meet daily and weekly production goals
• Order and coordinate materials needed for production
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and quality

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Motivated and positive attitude towards work
