Join our production team as an Assembly Associate! We are seeking highly detail-oriented individuals who prioritize quality over quantity in their work. This is an excellent Temporaryopportunity to become a permanent member of our manufacturing operation.
Responsibilities
As an Assembly Associate, you will be primarily responsible for the assembly, quality control, and preparation of products for shipment. Your daily tasks will include:
Assembly: Performing repetitive, precise assembly of products using small components and following standard operating procedures.
Quality Control: Diligently inspecting assembled products to ensure they meet high quality standards before moving to the next stage.
Inventory Verification: Paying close attention to verify the correct small parts are used for each assembly task.
Packaging & Shipping: Assisting with the final packing and preparation of finished goods for shipping.
Process Adherence: Consistently performing the same essential task throughout the workday, maintaining focus and efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Detail Orientation: Must be highly focused on quality and meticulous in performing tasks, especially when working with small parts.
Repetitive Task Management: Ability to stay focused and productive while performing the same task throughout the entire workday.
Manual Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for handling small components.
Physical Demands: Must be able to sit and stand comfortably for extended periods throughout the shift.
