Assembler

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker II to join their team. As an Assembly Worker II, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting assembly, wiring, testing, and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Worker II

Location: Wichita, KS

Pay Range: $23.22 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 7am - 3pm

What's the Job?

• Perform wiring, assembly, finishing, welding, and testing operations on company products
• Work from engineering specifications, sketches, schematic diagrams, or verbal instructions
• Set-up and arc weld parts, sub-assemblies, and complete assemblies ensuring proper function and efficiency
• Utilize electrical measuring and testing equipment such as OHM, AMP, voltmeter, and high-voltage testers
• Inspect parts, maintain quality standards, and document work activities accurately

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
• Basic knowledge of electrical and welding practices
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
