Location: Tigard, OR
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Position Summary
This role is responsible for assembling and producing high‑quality medical devices within a structured manufacturing cell environment. You will perform a variety of assembly, repair, and testing tasks on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), medical leads, and related components. Precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards are essential.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine assembly, testing, and repair tasks following established and standardized procedures
  • Complete assigned work under close supervision, with ongoing review to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date job documentation for all manufacturing cell operations
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with manufacturing leadership regarding ideas, issues, and solutions (both written and verbal)
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with internal teams and external visitors or tours
  • Follow all safety policies and correctly use required safety equipment
  • Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to support productivity, quality, and profitability goals
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure full product traceability and resolution of any quality concerns
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Supervisors and Managers to set and monitor individual goals and cell performance metrics
  • Support divisional initiatives and comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Skills
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions
  • Comfortable using computers, software applications, and electronic data collection systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
  • Excellent manual dexterity with the ability to handle and assemble small components
  • Ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
