Aerotek is hiring Manufacturing / Assembly Technicians to support the production of custom-built emergency and specialty vehicles. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with tools, building products from start to finish, and learning a skilled trade in a team environment.

This position is open to entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude as well as experienced assemblers looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble and install parts and components using hand and power tools
• Drill, grind, sand, and cut materials to specifications
• Install accessories such as steps, grab handles, compartments, and brackets
• Assist with basic electrical assembly tasks
• Read tape measures and learn to follow blueprints and work instructions
• Track parts used and communicate when supplies run low
• Support cross‑training in multiple departments
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Work overtime as needed based on production demand

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical work (standing, bending, climbing, crawling)
• Comfortable working in a noisy, industrial environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and be cross‑trained
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow written or verbal instructions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $45760.00/yr.
