We are seeking a skilled Assembler to perform precision assembly, finishing, and testing of high-quality plastic and mechanical components. You will be responsible for transforming molded parts into finished products using hand tools, specialized fixtures, and secondary processing equipment.

Work Environment
Work in an open warehouse environment alongside a team of approximately 15 people. The workspace consists of four-person lines, each responsible for different tasks such as spraying molding machines, placing aluminum into molds, controlling machines to insert rubber into foam molds, and removing finished products. The area has a distinct smell similar to burning rubber. The dress code is casual, including a t-shirt, long pants, and closed-toed shoes. Operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
