Job Description
The Assembler works under close supervision in a manufacturing environment to perform repetitive assembly and testing operations on pumps, service kits, motors, drive couplings, and related components. This role includes refurbishing pumps and sub-assemblies, assembling high-precision products made from materials such as stainless steel, ceramics, and plastics like acrylic and PEEK, and packaging finished components using the appropriate fixtures and tooling. The position requires careful attention to detail, adherence to written procedures, and consistent quality in a clean, production-focused setting.

Work Environment
The work environment is a manufacturing and production setting focused on building and optimizing fluidic pathway components and solutions. Product lines include column hardware, degassers, fluidic connections, manifolds, pumps, pump components, sensors, and valves. Work may take place at a bench and in a cleanroom or controlled environment, requiring attention to cleanliness and contamination control. The role involves regular use of hand tools, test equipment such as gauges, flow meters, and test stands, and measurement devices including micrometers. The environment emphasizes precision, quality, and adherence to documented procedures in a structured production workflow.
