We are currently seeking an assembler to support the build of chiller units for data centers and custom equipment. This role involves hands-on assembly using a variety of hand and power tools, along with general shop support to keep production moving efficiently. As individuals gain experience, there will be opportunities to expand into additional assembly areas and skill sets.

Work Environment
The work environment is a large, climate-controlled warehouse with windows and high ceilings. The assembly area is equipped with machines and tools necessary for production. Employees are treated like family and enjoy a casual dress code with steel toe boots. The company has two shifts: 1st shift from 5:30am - 3pm Monday - Thursday and 5:30am - 10am Friday, and 2nd shift from 2pm - 1:30am Monday - Thursday, with scheduled breaks included.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
