Job Title: Control Systems Assembler

Pay: $20-23 an hour

Shift: 1st shift

Job Description

Join our team in a hands-on role where you will be responsible for customizing panels and assembling control systems. This position is perfect for those with mechanical experience who enjoy working with hand tools and have an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Mount photo eyes to conveyor systems.
• Wire photo eyes to conveyors.
• Use hand tools for assembly tasks.
• Assemble and prep materials/products for panel builders.
• Perform additional job duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience in electrical wiring or assembly.
• Proficiency in using a tape measure.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Possession of basic hand tools (wrench, drill, tape measure, screwdriver, strippers, etc.).
• Initiative, flexibility, and excellent attendance are essential.
• Candidates should be open to performing various tasks as needed.

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate controlled shop that customizes panels for various industries. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm, with required overtime extending the day until 5 or 5:30pm. Steel toe boots are necessary for this role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LOUISVILLE, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
