Why Work Here?
Join a large, well-established manufacturing facility that offers long-term career potential, structured pay progression, and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees. You will work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment where safety is the top priority and where high-quality, complex products are built with pride. Employees have the opportunity to transition from contract to full-time based on performance and attendance, with pay increases at 90, 180, and 365 days. Full-time benefits include generous paid time off, multiple paid holidays, a strong 401(k) match, and health, dental, vision, and life insurance effective on the first day of full-time employment. Multiple shifts and alternative work schedules provide options to fit different lifestyles, and there is strong demand for skilled workers, particularly on second and third shifts, supporting long-term stability and advancement.
Work Environment
This role is based in a large, modern manufacturing facility that is divided between an assembly side and a machine shop, with temperature-controlled conditions throughout. The environment is clean and well-maintained, with minimal debris due to a strong emphasis on safety and housekeeping. You will work primarily on the assembly side, typically paired with another assembler and assigned to one of several zones on the main line, where teams work side by side on multiple components per unit.
Standard shifts include 1st shift (6:30 AM–2:30 PM), 2nd shift (2:30 PM–10:30 PM), and 3rd shift (10:30 PM–6:30 AM). Overtime is typically scheduled every other Saturday for much of the year, subject to change. The dress code is relaxed but safety-focused: sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats, work pants, and jeans are acceptable, while leggings and sweatpants are not. Steel or composite toe shoes are required, and PPE such as earplugs and safety glasses is mandatory and provided on-site. The facility operates as a tobacco-free campus, with use of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, restricted to approved break times in personal vehicles in the parking lot.
