  • Use hand tools and power tools daily to assemble, secure, and adjust parts and components.
  • Stand, walk, bend, and twist around the facility for a large portion of the workday while working inside and around the units.
  • Participate in and adhere to all safety protocols, including safety training during the first week and ongoing safety practices.
  • Assist with brazing, soldering, and operating machines and presses once fully trained.

  • Climb into units when required to assemble internal components, ensuring proper fit and function.
  • Follow production schedules and instructions while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and a lead technician to complete daily production goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored correctly at the station.
Essential Skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, twisting, and climbing into large units during assembly.

  • Comfort working inside large units when needed, in conditions that do not qualify as confined space under OSHA standards.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with tools and mechanical components.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and processes, with a positive attitude toward training from the ground up.
  • Ability to stand and move around the facility for most of the shift.

  • Experience using hand tools and power tools in a production or trade setting.
  • Electrical experience, including working with basic electrical components or conduit bending.
  • Strong mechanical inclination and comfort working with mechanical systems.
  • Experience working on an assembly line or in a station-based production environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work assignments and station rotations based on production needs.
