Job Description
This role focuses on building conveyor bearings for a variety of markets using both hand and power tools. You will assemble products from small parts and components, verify accuracy and quality, and prepare finished goods for shipment. The position is well-suited for someone who is mechanically inclined, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment. Work Environment
The role follows a four-day work week, Monday through Thursday, from 4:50 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with three paid ten-minute breaks and one unpaid half-hour lunch each day. Overtime is very rare, offering a stable and predictable schedule. You will work in a small facility with about 15 employees on the production floor, using older equipment and machines in a non–climate-controlled environment. The position involves both seated and standing work, handling small parts, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Uniforms are provided for daily wear on the production floor.
