Assembly Technician

Job Summary

We are hiring an Assembler Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on position in a clean, safety‑focused environment with steady hours and growth potential.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble components accurately using hand tools and equipment
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and functionality
• Package completed parts for shipment
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or general labor
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic machinery
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grantsburg, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
