Assembler Technician – Build Quality That Moves the WorldChoose the shift that fits your life:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Mon–Fri — $19/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM, Mon–Thurs — $20/hr
• Weekend Shift: 2:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Fri–Sun — $21/hr

🌟 What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of production, making sure every component meets the highest standards. Your day will include:

• Assembling precision quick‑release couplings with accuracy and consistency
• Operating assembly equipment and hand tools
• Inspecting and testing products to ensure top‑tier quality
• Packaging finished assemblies for shipment
• Following standard work instructions and safety procedures
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized using 5S
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts like A3 and 3‑Legged 5 Why
• Maintaining at least 90% daily attainment
• Contributing to a safe, positive, team‑driven environment

🔧 What You Bring

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience production, assembly, general labor, or packaging
• Experience with machines, inspections, and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and solid manual dexterity

Additional Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting
• Dependable, motivated, and ready to jump in with a can‑do attitude

This is a Contract position based out of Grantsburg, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
