Job Title: Assembly Line Worker
Job Description

Join our team as an Assembly Line Worker where you will play a crucial role in the production of doors and frames. You will be responsible for one of the seven steps in the assembly process, contributing to the construction of approximately 1200 doors each day.

Responsibilities

  • Staple the frame and apply glue.
  • Add the core and set the front and back panels.
  • Stack assembled doors on a pallet and move them to a compression machine.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
  • Utilize hand and power tools for assembly and installation.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Essential Skills
  • 6+ months of general assembly experience in a production environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Comfortable lifting items overhead.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Woodworking experience is a plus.
  • Longevity in work history is preferred.
  • Ability to commute within 30 miles.

Work Environment

Work in an open factory setting with woodworking equipment. Some areas may be dusty and loud due to running saws and sanders. The environment offers a combination of clean and controlled conditions with exposure to general production noise.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gaylord, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
