Assembly 2nd & 3rd shift available | Weekly Pay

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated assemblers to join our team for a new product line. You will be responsible for assembling fans and fan components specifically designed for data center servers. While previous assembly experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement. However, experience in electrical work would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble various components of fans for data center servers.
  • Utilize blueprints to guide assembly processes.
  • Operate power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices effectively.
  • Identify routine issues and implement solutions efficiently.
  • Comply with all safety guidelines and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality work.

Essential Skills

  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work in varied environments, including high places and confined areas.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn all tasks related to the job.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Commitment to quality work.
  • Understanding of basic electrical concepts.

Work Environment

Work shifts are available in the 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) and 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:30am) from Monday to Friday. Some Saturdays may be required, but consecutive Saturdays are not mandatory. Orientation and training are conducted on the 1st shift. Safety-toed shoes are required. The company fosters a supportive environment and is open to accommodating occasional personal commitments.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, AR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
