Assembler - Entry Level

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – $18–$20/HR – START ASAP – 50–60 HRS/WEEK

Join a fast‑growing medical device manufacturer producing life‑saving catheter components used in critical procedures. This is a hands‑on, detail‑focused cleanroom role where you’ll assemble extremely small parts under a microscope. • Perform microscope assembly of tiny medical components (coiling wire, small tubing, etc.)
• Use small hand tools to build and inspect delicate parts
• Follow cleanroom gowning procedures and contamination‑control standards
• Read and follow detailed work instructions to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain high attention to detail while meeting production goals
• Complete a hands‑on dexterity assessment during the hiring process
• Communicate with your team and support a positive, quality‑driven environment
• Follow all safety and company procedures in the cleanroom

• Ability to work under a microscope for long periods
• Comfortable using small tools for fine‑detail work
• Willingness to work long hours and consistent overtime
• Strong attendance and punctuality (especially during the first 90 days)
• Ability to work fully gowned in a cleanroom
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
• Ability to pass a manual‑dexterity hand test

• Cleanroom experience
• Manufacturing or assembly experience

Entry‑level candidates are welcome if they can pass the hand assessment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Irvine,CA.
