Assembler ($18-$19/hr)

Job Description

This role is a hands-on, multi-skilled position that supports several production departments based on demand. You will perform a wide range of product assembly and finishing activities in sub-assembly, final assembly, and testing. Work follows detailed assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, standard operating procedures, and parts lists to ensure high-quality, consistent output.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical assembly and sub-assembly of products according to assembly instructions, blueprints, standard operating procedures, and parts lists.
  • Carry out final assembly and finishing tasks to prepare products for testing and shipment.
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to assemble, fasten, and adjust components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation to complete assembly tasks accurately.
  • Operate and work with a hoist and/or crane to move, position, and secure parts and assemblies as needed.
  • Perform basic measurements and use measuring tools to verify part dimensions and ensure assemblies meet specifications.

Work Environment

Work in a brand-new, climate-controlled manufacturing facility designed for comfort and efficiency. The environment is a warehouse-style production floor with a strong focus on culture, collaboration, and safety. Standard hours are approximately 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with additional work on Friday as needed based on production demand.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
