Job Description
This role focuses on the precise manufacturing and assembly of medical devices, including catheter assemblies performed under a microscope in a regulated cleanroom environment. You will follow established procedures, operate specialized tools and equipment, and work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure every product meets strict quality and safety standards.

Work Environment
This position is based in a cleanroom environment focused on medical device manufacturing, where you will follow strict cleanliness, safety, and documentation standards. Multiple shifts are available: first shift (with start times as early as 5:00 a.m., 5:30 a.m., or 6:00 a.m.), second shift from approximately 2:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and third shift from approximately 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Monday night through Saturday morning), with the expectation to train on first or second shift for up to two weeks. Second shift offers a 5% differential, and third shift offers a 10% differential. You will work with microscopes, EFD dispensers, UV curing systems, adhesives, and other specialized tools and equipment in a regulated, process-driven setting that requires consistent use of appropriate safety and cleanroom attire.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
