🔧 Mechanical Assembler – Cooling Units (1st Shift)

Are you mechanically inclined, hands‑on, and ready to grow your skills in a modern manufacturing environment? • Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: 5:30 AM – 10:00 AM
• Includes one 20‑minute unpaid lunch + two paid 10‑minute breaks

Enjoy early afternoons and start your weekends early every Friday.

• Assemble chiller and cooling units using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Support production flow through shop tasks like sweeping, shrink‑wrapping, and general cleanup
• Work closely with a collaborative team to keep the workspace efficient and organized
• Gain hands‑on exposure to:
  • Mechanical assembly
  • HVAC sheet metal
  • Electrical wiring
• Grow your skill set over time—advancement opportunities are built into the role

• 1–2 years of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience
• Comfortable using hand tools and following technical drawings
• HVAC sheet metal or electrical wiring experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Team‑first mindset in a fast‑growing environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Brooklyn Center, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
