Electrical Assembler

Location: Climate‑controlled facility

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Overtime possible on Saturdays (8:00 AM–4:30 PM)

Job Summary

We are hiring an Electrical Assembler to support a new switchboard project building large switchgear systems used in airports, hospitals, and schools. This role focuses on electrical assembly and wiring in a fast‑paced, conveyor‑based production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wire and electrically assemble switchboard units on a conveyor line
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
  • Perform panel wiring, crimping, soldering, and electronic assembly
  • Use hand tools and specialty electrical tools
  • Follow work instructions and quality standards
  • Collaborate with a team‑oriented assembly group
Required Skills
  • Experience in electrical assembly and wiring
  • Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Skilled with hand tools and specialty tools
  • Ability to stand for 10‑hour shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–2 years electrical assembly / wiring experience
  • Experience with panel wiring, soldering, and crimping
  • Prior work in manufacturing or production environments
  • Flexibility to adapt to daily production needs

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BROKEN ARROW, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $21.00/hr.
