Asphalt Paving Foreman

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage non-union field crews on commercial paving projects throughout the St. Louis area. The successful candidate will supervise daily jobsite operations, coordinate labor and equipment, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage asphalt paving crews on commercial and municipal projects.
• Oversee daily production, crew performance, and jobsite efficiency.
• Coordinate with superintendents, trucking, and plant operations.
• Ensure proper grade, compaction, and overall quality of work.
• Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company standards.
• Keep projects on schedule and communicate progress daily.
• Train and develop crew members.

• Proven experience in asphalt paving operations.
• Experience running a crew and managing people in the field.
• Strong understanding of grading, rolling patterns, and paving processes.
• Ability to read plans and understand job specifications.
• Reliable, accountable, and able to make decisions.

• A leader who takes pride in the finished product and holds their crew to a high standard.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $45.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Saint Louis,MO.
