Job Title: Architect
Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team, producing construction documents in Revit and Rhino for large-scale, international high-rise, mixed-use, and multi-family buildings. You will assist in the production of schematic design and design development, coordinating closely with trades, MEP, lighting, and transportation consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Produce construction documents in Revit and Rhino.
  • Assist with schematic design and design development.
  • Coordinate with trades, MEP, lighting, and transportation.
  • Attend meetings and coordinate with consultants.
  • Work mainly on shell & core projects.
  • Help produce 3D models and photo-realistic renderings.
  • Work under the direction and supervision of the Project Architect.
Essential Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in architecture.
  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Ability to produce construction documents in Revit.
  • Design capabilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Rhino and AutoCAD is a plus.
  • No licensure required.
Work Environment

The position follows a full-time schedule with an optional work-from-home day for full-time employees, while contract/contract-to-hire employees are asked to be in the office five days a week until conversion, with a possible evaluation after one month. The office is located on Michigan Ave, featuring an open concept with a full kitchen and stunning views of the lake. With approximately 50 staff members, the firm specializes in office buildings, corporate headquarters, hotels, cultural, governmental, higher education, and mixed-use projects.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr.
