We’re seeking a senior‑level Microsoft Technologist/Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure to join the Asset Management Architecture team. This role is onsite and plays a critical part in shaping enterprise‑grade AI and Microsoft platform strategies.


🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary SME for Microsoft AI technologies, including Copilot, Azure AI, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform
  • Define enterprise architecture and integration patterns across M365, Power Platform, Azure, and internal systems
  • Lead Copilot and Power Platform governance, security, and lifecycle management
  • Partner with security teams on identity, access, and compliance (Entra ID, OAuth, Conditional Access, Purview)
  • Establish operational standards (monitoring, audit logging, performance, cost optimization)
  • Advise leadership and delivery teams on best practices and strategic adoption
  • Mentor teams and drive secure, scalable AI adoption


Must‑Have Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft AI, including Copilot and Azure AI
  • Strong Power Platform solution architecture experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 administration and integration
  • Hands‑on experience with Azure (cloud & hybrid environments)
  • Proven ability to analyze and integrate complex internal systems


Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft security and compliance frameworks
  • Familiarity with DevOps and automation in the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Microsoft certifications (Azure Architect, Power Platform, etc.)
