Key Responsibilities
• Handle antitrust merger review processes, including regulatory strategy and compliance
• Prepare and analyze Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings and related documentation
• Support merger-related investigations and agency inquiries
• Advise clients on antitrust risks in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
• Assist with antitrust litigation matters as needed
• Collaborate with corporate and regulatory teams on complex deal structures
• Communicate directly with clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Antitrust M&A Attorney or related role
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to at least one U.S. Bar (DC Bar preferred)
• Experience in a law firm or government agency handling antitrust matters
• Strong familiarity with HSR filings and merger review processes
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
