What You Will Do
As a Strategy Engagement Manager, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor to our clients—partnering with clients as they shape their Data, Analytics, and AI transformation agendas. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation, driving value through enterprise data and AI strategies and translating vision into executable roadmaps.
In this role, you will lead client engagements that determine business needs and desired future state capabilities or products that can quantify expected value and business impact, specifically related to data, analytics, and AI investments. You’ll partner closely with client stakeholders and Aimpoint’s technical teams to develop actionable strategies across enterprise data, analytics, AI, governance, operating models, and data/AI product opportunities.
Additionally, you will drive the development and evolution of our go-to-market Strategy offerings by supporting business development, shaping proposals, and developing reusable methodologies and frameworks.
Who We Are Looking For
You are an experienced client-facing strategy consultant who is passionate about solving complex business problems through the application of AI, data, and analytics, delivering real business value to our clients and the firm.
You are a highly skilled communicator and problem solver who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business decision-makers. You bring a deep understanding of modern data architectures, data/ AI product management, AI/ML applications, Data & AI solution development and data monetization models, and know how to translate them into executable strategies.
You are a driven self-starter who thinks strategically and can also define the practical steps required to execute that strategy successfully. You are interested in constantly learning, proactively developing expertise based on best practices and industry trends and understanding the latest developments in AI. You thrive in ambiguity and possess a blend of consulting acumen, domain knowledge, and entrepreneurial drive.
As an Engagement Manager, you will own the delivery of client engagements end-to-end, drive practice development, mentor team members, and actively scope projects, contribute to sales and growth of our Strategy offerings.
