The Senior Analyst, Operational Excellence, supports the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of guest experience standards and operational processes across all Carnival‑owned destinations. This role contributes analytical rigor, financial modeling, and structured change‑management support. The analyst also provides data‑driven insights that guide product differentiation and support the creation of SOPs, and governance of standardized operational protocols by preparing documentation and coordinating change‑management activities.
Responsibilities
Guest Experience Standards & Paid On‑Premise Product Support
Develop competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities to expand/modify product portfolio.
Conduct quantitative analyses to evaluate guest experience performance, paid product utilization, and service‑level adherence.
Support the development and maintenance of brand standards for paid experiences, amenities, FF&E, and service delivery.
Prepare dashboards and reporting packages that help local teams execute consistent, high‑quality guest experiences.
Cross‑Brand Coordination & On‑Premise Sales Analytics
Build and maintain Excel‑based inventory and allocation models to support cross‑brand decision‑making.
Analyze on‑island sales operations to identify conversion opportunities and alignment with pre‑booked Shorex products.
Operational Protocol Development & Governance
Conducts assessments to identify process gaps, evaluate operational needs, and inform the design of standardized protocols.
Prepares and maintains documentation that translates complex requirements into clear, actionable procedures and guidance materials.
Coordinates change‑management activities by partnering with cross‑functional teams to support deployment, adoption, and ongoing governance of new or updated protocols.
Investment Planning, Capex Analysis & Project Support
Develop financial models and business cases for destination investments and capacity expansion opportunities.
Support project planning, tracking, and deployment activities, including preparation of communication materials and go‑live readiness documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Hospitality and Tourism management, Data analytics, Business intelligence, Economics, or Finance.
Advanced Excel modeling skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, scenario modeling).
Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office tools.
Experience supporting change‑management processes (stakeholder engagement, documentation, training support).
3–5 years of experience in analytics, operations, revenue management, or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high guest experience standards.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
This position is classified as “in-office.”As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Monday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their home on Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.

Part-time with benefits employees receive time off based on the number of hours they work, with a minimum of 84 hours/year. All employees gain additional vacation time with further tenure.
Sick Time – All full-time employees receive 80 hours of sick time each year.Part-time with benefits employees receive time off based on the number of hours they work, with a minimum of 60 hours each year.
