Analyst-Data Intermediate

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Information Services leadership team in the role of Analyst-Data Intermediate. This is a Direct Hire with a fixed hybrid-onsite schedule from the Gateway location. This person will be onsite Tuesday through Thursday and remote on Mondays and Fridays.
Scope:
Assesses the information capabilities of assigned areas to address gaps and provides data analysis training.
Serves as a resource person to all levels of management in reviewing, understanding, and analyzing data for performance improvement initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports used by clinical and operational stakeholders.
Write and optimize SQL queries using SQL Server Management Studio to retrieve and transform healthcare data.
Perform statistical and regression analysis to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities within urgent care and virtual care data.
Support and enhance existing ETL processes to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting
Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting in R, with opportunities to leverage or grow into Python as the team expands its capabilities.
Partner with team members and internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear, usable insights.

Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
Clinical and/or healthcare experience preferred.
Requires knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel and SQL Server Management Studio.
