All-Source Analyst (Mid-Level)

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced All Source Analyst to join our team at Lackland AFB supporting 16th Air Force (16 AF). The All-Source Analyst will provide advanced intelligence analysis, fusion, and tradecraft skills to support16 AF leadership, operations center, and subordinate units

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion to support IW planning and operations, and other 16 AF mission areas.

• Perform analytical tradecraft support, including the development of intelligence products, and comprehensive analysis for ISR problem sets to support subordinate units.

• Draft/staff guidance, identify gaps in current policies or architectures (CONOPS/TTPs), and research new analytic outreach opportunities to strengthen the Air Force's role within the Intelligence Community.

• Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.

• Travel may be required (Up to 15%)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Required Experience / Education: 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 1 year with Phd

• Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion.
• Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.

• Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.

• Experience planning or providing technical support to Large Force Employment exercises

• Skills:

• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience at the Number Air Force level or similar military organization.

• Experience supporting IW, Cyber, and ISR operations.

• Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
• Experience: At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Education: Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have associate's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor's degree.

Target Salary Range

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
