About the Role

The Securitas Alarm Dispatcher is an essential part of our security operations, responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. In this role, you will:

• Monitor and evaluate security alarms and emergency signals
• Provide centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording
• Coordinate emergency dispatch and communicate with field officers, clients, and public safety agencies
• Conduct incident reporting, analysis, and remote alarm panel programming
• Maintain situational awareness and follow established protocols to ensure accurate, timely responses

This position requires strong multitasking abilities, sound judgment under pressure, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

          Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED 
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Reliable communication and transportation
• Ability to speak, read, and write English

• Successful completion of pre-employment screening (drug test, background check)

   

   

  Preferred Experience

• Prior security or related experience is a plus
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing environments
