AMT Leads are responsible for assisting the company meet goals through the provision of services to our customers.
Overall management of work shift activity and coordination of customer support for all aircraft maintenance technical services.
This position is an hourly non-exempt position with salary dependent upon experience and job performance.

The AMT Lead on occasion may lift or move with help up to 200 pounds, and/or more frequently lift or move 70 to 100 pounds and constantly lift or move up to 50 pounds. The AMT Lead is regularly required to use hands, talk, hear, bend, stoop, kneel, and is frequently required to stand, walk. The AMT Lead may be required to climb, sit, and balance.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus.
The AMT Lead may work outside which would expose them to all types of weather conditions with a seasonal range of temperatures which include rain, snow, wind and extreme temperatures.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can vary dramatically depending on location and time of day. Occasionally high noise levels where hearing protection is required and provided.
