Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are hiring a Hands-on Architect with strong expertise in AWS, Azure, and full-stack development, along with domain experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Payments. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools for development acceleration, code quality, and research, while driving end-to-end delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and deliver cloud-native solutions across AWS and Azure environments
Build and contribute hands-on to full-stack applications (frontend + backend)
Utilize AI tools for secondary research, code generation, and automated code reviews
Lead client-facing discussions, translating business requirements into scalable solutions
Ensure high-quality delivery through code reviews, testing strategies, and best practices
Guide and mentor junior team members to deliver functional, production-ready code
Design secure, compliant systems aligned with BFSI and payments regulations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software development and architecture
Strong expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms
Hands-on experience in full-stack development (React/Angular + Java/Python/Node.js)
Experience in BFSI / Payments domain (cards, digital payments, compliance, etc.)
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and practices
Strong communication and client engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture
Knowledge of payment gateways, fraud detection, or financial systems
Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
