Software Engineer – AI Applications

Location: Wilmington, DE - Onsite

We are looking for a Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience in Python and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel and experience building prompt workflows using OpenAI or similar APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered applications and prompt workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Support AI governance, prompt versioning, and model reliability practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
• Create technical documentation and support scalable AI implementations.

Required Skills

• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of OpenAI APIs and Generative AI workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of enterprise integrations and AI governance.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
